Ms. Tasneem Hafiz was graduated from Begumpet Women's college, Hyderabad, India. She also obtained a associate degree in child development and and Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology from College of Dupage, IL, USA. After marriage, she moved to Middle East with her husband and has held various positions. she was the director of Women's welfare Center in Masqat, Oman and owned and operated a pre-school in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

She also served as Head Teacher at Knowledge Beginning Corporation, Naperville, IL, USA between 2000-2009. she moved to Texas in 2010. she has been serving as the board member of MCC for human service since 2010. She has two daughters and a son. Her husband is a businessman who travels internationally on various projects.
