	Mr. Ismail Tahir, Treasurer
Mr. Ismail Tahir (MBA, CPA, EA) has been in Public Accounting practice for the past 15 years. Taught Accounting at Tarrant County College as a part time instructor. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of CPA’s. He is currently a member of the Future Committee of Arlington 2025 Comprehensive Plan; member of the Research and Planning Committee of Arlington Human Service Planners, a United Way agency that provides human service planning to the City of Arlington. He is an active member of the Arlington Rotary Club. As a current Board member of MCCHS, he overviews and co-chairs the Community Outreach Program and oversee the finances and budget of the organization. He is a member of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA); and an active of African Muslim Council. He is married to Sakina James-Tahir with three children. He has been the member of the Board of Directors since 1999.
