Meet the Board

Chaudhry Naeem
Naeem is an experienced IT professional for 25 years. He is also a founding member and former VP of Pakistan American Asocial of Texas and served Pakistan Society of North Texas in different capacities over twelve years. Naeem is the founding member and President of Pakistan Community Services, Board of Director of American Pakistani Public Affair Committee.

Sofia Michelle Asari
Michelle received her B.A. in Philosophy from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She completed her LL.B. From the University of Windsor, Canada. Michelle is a Barrister & Solicitor, licensed member of the Bar of Ontario under the Law Society of Upper Canada. She has interest in community diversity, bridge building and strengthening relations between Muslim communities and secular society.

​Dr. Basit Alli
​Dr. Basit Alli earned his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology after completing his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, with residency training in General Surgery and Family Medicine and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine. He has been in private practice since 2006, specializing in wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and is board certified in Hyperbaric Medicine.
Meet the Operations Team

Rebeca Padilla - LMSW
A bilingual therapist specializing in mental health and substance abuse.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. My experience includes behavioral health casework at MHMRTC and supporting refugees and immigrants at MCCHS. I focus on culturally responsive therapy, client advocacy, and emotional wellness for diverse populations. I offer compassionate, bilingual counseling to help individuals and families navigate life challenges. My practice is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment that encourages healing and growth.

Huma Pircha - MD
Experience in the Community Partner Program through Texas Health and Human Services, where I gained knowledge and experience in assisting individuals and families with applications for Medicaid, SNAP, CHIP, and other state assistance programs. My experience includes client communication, document submission, account navigation, and maintaining confidentiality
