Ayesha Hussain

Director Fund Development

Ayesha spent 23 years of her professional career working at global telecom companies including Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, and Samsung where she supported Fortune 100 clients with running their system infrastructure. She has been dedicated to service work all her life with a deep passion for making a difference in others’ lives, and has served as founder/board member to multiple non-profit organizations. Ayesha has joined MCC as the Director Fund Development, helping the organization meet its annual goals.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering.

Adeela Malik

AL-SHIFA Medical Clinic Manager

Adeela has an MBBS with exceptional Medical knowledge and compassion for our patients. Adeela Malik serves as the Clinic Manager at MCC-HS. From coordinating operations to facilitating volunteer physicians’ schedules, Adeela manages the workflow of MCCHS Al-Shifa Medical Clinic with grace offering critical services with quality outcomes.

With a Medical Degree from Pakistan, Adeela helps oversee the Al-Shifa clinic internships for pre-Med and Medical Students, ensuring patients have quality care. In contrast, students learn how to serve our community by shadowing physicians.

Preceding her days at MCC-HS, Adeela devoted her time to improving the quality/resources for the education of youth in her area and was awarded the Advocation Award of 2017 by her local school district. She finds herself particularly devoted to increasing accessibility and equality in the distribution of resources to marginalized communities. In her time away from the office, Adeela invests her time raising her four girls and furthering her education and learning.

RebecCa Padilla

Social Services Clinic Manager

Rebecca Padilla is a Master’s Graduate in Social Work in Mental Health and Substance Abuse from University of North Texas. Rebecca is from Mexico and has lived in Texas for 25 years. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. Rebecca is an experience social services case worker from and has experience working at MHMRTC in Behavioral Health and at MCCHS working with refugees and immigrants.

Farwa Rizvi

Analytics & Design Manager

Farwa Rizvi is a Graphic and Software Design specialist with more than 15 years of successful experience in Web and Design. Farwa is constantly exploring new disciplines to broaden her artistic knowledge, integrating a fine art background with software design and adhering to new web standards. In addition to managing her full-time job, she also enjoys spending time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity local chapters and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
